💗 A Heartfelt Thank You from Roosevelt High School 💗
With utmost pride and gratitude, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible staff, learners, parents, guardians, friends, families, and the wider Roosevelt High School community.
During our Breast Cancer Awareness Week (17–23 October), you came together in the true spirit of compassion, unity, and love — and the results were nothing short of extraordinary!
✨ Together, we raised a total of R24 013.50 and collected:
424 packs of pads
330 books
288 bars of soap
124 toilet rolls
75 lotions
71 packs of wet wipes
60 pocket tissues
All these generous contributions will be donated to a Breast Cancer Foundation that supports women who have no medical aid and often lack the basic necessities such as pads, soap, or even a book to read during treatment.
To our amazing staff – thank you for your creativity, effort, and commitment during the bake sale that made such a huge impact.
To our learners, parents, and families – thank you for your kindness, generosity, and willingness to give. Your love and dedication remind us that when we come together, we truly change lives.
